This summer, the campsite bar has its own signature cocktail. We named it "Le Saint-Lambert", as it should be. A cool, light drink that smells of rosemary and market lemons. To sip barefoot in the grass, with the Dourbie murmuring in the background.
A recipe born here
The idea is simple: to capture the freshness of the river in a glass. Gin for structure, honey syrup infused with rosemary for the scent of the Causses, a dash of fresh lemon for zing, and sparkling water to make it dance. A few ice cubes, a slice of dried orange, a sprig of rosemary picked right on the campsite. That's Le Saint-Lambert.
The recipe
- 4 cl gin
- 2 cl rosemary-infused honey syrup
- 1 cl fresh lemon juice
- Sparkling water
- Ice cubes · dried orange slice · rosemary sprig
Where to find it?
