As every winter before the season opens, we brought in a team of professional tree surgeons to look after the campsite's trees. An essential step to keep our campers safe and our century-old trees healthy.
Why prune?
Our oaks, poplars and ash trees are sometimes more than a century old. Regular pruning removes dead or storm-weakened branches, relieves trees whose crowns have grown too heavy, and prevents any falling risk during the season.
A controlled intervention

- Gentle, reasoned cutting that respects the natural cycle
- Wood chipped on site and reused as mulch for our flower beds
